Founder & Chief Expert
Pav is pure passion for yachts and sailing. A professional racer and one of the most experienced riggers and industry experts worldwide. He spent years on world regattas and on yachts in the USA, South Africa, Australia, and Europe. He comes from a family of yacht designers.
Operations & Quality Assurance
35 years in sailing. 20 years of service on Polish Navy vessels, 8 of them as ship commander. Yacht captain, motorboat captain, PZŻ sailing instructor and sports instructor. Professionally — a quality assurance controller and inspector, overseeing the production of marine equipment and armament.
Rigging & Custom Systems Expert
A family sailing heritage. A lifetime connected with both sea and inland sailing. Over 20 years of yacht rigging experience in the major hubs of global yachting. Technical education and years of hands-on practice position him as our lead on bespoke, one-off custom yacht systems.
Metalwork & Welding Specialist
In the sailing world since childhood. Combines a technical education with a passion for sailing. An expert in metalwork and welding — with all required industry certifications.
Architecture & Design
Sailing since the early 1990s. An uncompromising professional and yachting industry enthusiast — also an active pilot, architect, and engineer. Combining these disciplines gives him a unique perspective: from concept, through design, to effective implementation.
Lead Technician & Rigger
Lead technician and rigger with vast hands-on experience — from racing and performance yachts, through classic vessels, to expedition boats. Project experience across all latitudes. The workshop is his domain: responsible for producing standing rigging (rod, wire, compact, dyform), optimising deck solutions, and architectural rigging systems.
