Rules for using sailsprojects.pl — the official translation of the Polish "Regulamin świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną".
General provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using the website available at sailsprojects.pl together with all subpages, including the English version at sailsprojects.pl/en/ (the "Site").
The Terms have been issued on the basis of Article 8(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the Polish version of the document, the Polish version prevails.
Definitions
- Service Provider — Sails Projects sp. z o.o.
- User — any person using the Site.
- Site — the website at sailsprojects.pl with all subpages.
- Electronic services — services provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Site.
Type and scope of services
Through the Site, the Service Provider provides the following free electronic services:
- Provision of information content — presentation of products and services, project descriptions, contact details, marketing and educational materials.
- Enabling contact — providing contact data (email addresses, phone numbers, third-party messenger handles) to direct enquiries to the Service Provider.
The Site is informational only. No sales contracts or service contracts are concluded through the Site within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code — any cooperation is established under separate arrangements (offer, contract, order) made outside the Site.
Technical requirements
Use of the Site requires:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current or one of two previous versions),
- JavaScript enabled,
- to receive replies to enquiries — an active email account.
The Service Provider is not liable for malfunctions of the Site arising from the User's failure to meet these technical requirements.
Conditions of use
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms, in particular:
- not to take actions that may disrupt the operation of the Site (attacks, attempts at unauthorised access, automated data harvesting in breach of the Site's terms),
- not to provide unlawful content,
- to respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of the Service Provider and third parties.
Use of the Site is free and does not require registration.
Intellectual property
All content available on the Site — including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, video materials, layout and source code — is the subject of the Service Provider's copyright or is used under appropriate licences.
Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting any part of the Site without prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
The trademarks "Sails Projects", "One Sails" and other marks used on the Site are protected by law.
Complaints
The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the operation of the Site or the electronic services provided.
Complaints should be sent to: hello@sailsprojects.pl or in writing to the registered office address of the Service Provider.
A complaint should contain:
- identification of the User (name / company name, contact data),
- description of the situation forming the basis of the complaint,
- the requested method of resolution.
The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the address provided in the submission.
Personal data protection
Rules for processing the personal data of Users, including information on cookies used, are described in a separate document: Privacy Policy.
Liability
The Service Provider takes due care to keep the information published on the Site current and accurate, but does not guarantee its full completeness or up-to-date status at all times. Site content is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- interruptions in Site availability resulting from causes beyond its control (hosting provider failures, force majeure),
- content of third-party websites linked from the Site,
- damages resulting from use of the Site in breach of these Terms.
Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Disputes arising from use of the Site that cannot be settled amicably will be heard by the court competent under Polish law.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available at this URL. Last updated: 29 April 2026.
